I hope this is not too negative. It's only a start. The idea is that it is more intimate and real. Video better fits the medium of the net anyway.

Followed you here from a post on another blog. While I don't disagree with you that by its nature, video, with so much more nuance than merely written blog posts, is more suited to the internet -- to those of us with slow connections the increased reliance on video rather than transcripts or some such is very isolating. ANyway, interesting blog.
A few years late! However your blog and specifically this post interests me for two reasons. First my new job in September is as a teacher/Chaplain in a large Catholic High School (2000 kids). Secondly I was in formation with the OFMs for 6 years and I still feel very drawn to the Franciscan spirit.
I'd like to hear more about your experiences with school chaplaincy.
